I had high hopes for my stay, especially given the beautiful views from my room and the convenient ferry access right behind the hotel. However, multiple service issues really took away from the experience. While the room was spacious and featured quality amenities, I found the staff's responsiveness lacking. The location is excellent, but the noise from the beach club made for a less restful stay. Overall, it was a mixed bag: great views and potential but overshadowed by disappointing service.
